FreeOGImage is a small, independent project maintained by Noah Sean. Whether you've hit a bug, want a new template, or have a question about how the tool works, the fastest way to reach a real person is email — and a real person reads every message.

We aim to reply within 2–3 business days. There's no contact form here on purpose: FreeOGImage has no backend and collects no data, so we'd rather not route your message through a third-party form. Plain email keeps it private and direct.

What to get in touch about

• Bug reports & broken exports. Something not rendering, a template clipping your text, or a PNG exporting at the wrong size? Tell us the template, your browser, and what you expected — a screenshot helps.
• Template & feature requests. Want a layout, preset, or platform size we don't have yet? Describe the use case and we'll consider it for the catalog. Many of the 200+ templates started as a request.
• Feedback & corrections. Spotted an error in a guide, or have a suggestion to make the editor clearer? We update the blog and tool pages regularly and genuinely act on feedback.
• Privacy, takedown & press. Privacy questions, takedown requests, or press/partnership enquiries are all welcome here. Because nothing you create is uploaded, we can't access or remove your designs — they only exist on your device.

A note on your designs

Everything you make in FreeOGImage is processed entirely in your browser and saved only to your device's local storage. We never receive, store, or log your text, images, or exported cards — so if you need a design recovered or deleted, that's controlled entirely on your end (it lives in your browser, not on our servers).
